Here’s an alcohol-free sparkling ginger drink that’s delicious, refreshing, and helps settle upset tummies.
Directions:
In a sauce stir 1/2 cup regular water and sugar over medium-high until dissolved.
Reduce heat to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes, or cover and steep overnight.
In a large glass or two small glasses, pour in the ginger syrup liquid and fill top off with sparkling water.
Optional: Serve on the rocks, with a twist, or slices of kiwis and sprigs of thyme or mint.
